Thank you for considering a PBIC property for your next home. Our apartments are located in North Pacific Beach and La Jolla, two coastal neighborhoods known for their walkability, ocean access, and relaxed atmosphere. Most PBIC leases begin during June each year, however we do have some units available throughout the year.
Review a Sample Lease
To help you understand our policies and expectations before applying, we provide a sample lease for reference. This document outlines standard terms including rent payment schedules, maintenance responsibilities, and community guidelines. Please note that the final lease for your unit may include minor variations based on the property and the specifics of your tenancy.
Apply Online
If you are ready to begin the process, submit an application through our secure online system. We recommend applying early, especially during peak leasing season.
Be prepared to provide identification, proof of income, rental history, and references. All applications are reviewed in the order received.
Future Tenant FAQs
When do most units become available?
Most PBIC leases follow the same annual schedule. The majority of openings occur around June each year. If you want to be notified when units become available, please contact us at info@rentpb.com.
Do you allow pets?
Dogs are NOT permitted in PBIC buildings. Cats may be allowed with approval. Please review the sample lease for more details.
Is parking included?
Parking availability varies by property. Some buildings include dedicated parking while others offer street parking only. Property pages list the parking details for each location.
What is the typical rental application process?
Submit an online application, provide supporting documents, and complete the screening process. If approved, you will receive instructions on next steps and lease signing.
Do you require renters insurance?
Yes. Renters insurance protects your personal belongings and provides liability coverage. Proof of insurance is required before move in.
